What are some requirements when purchasing property?

Two current forms of ID may include: 1) Texas Drivers License/Identification, passport, social security number, birth certificate from country of origin. 2) Full down payment along with any other applicable fees.

How soon can I move in?

You can begin to occupy your land as soon as the necessary permits have been obtained, and water and electricity have been installed on your property.

Can I get a loan with someone else?

While we offer owner financing and other help you may need, you are free to use any lender that best accommodates your needs. We at Valley Affordable want what is best for you and your family even if that means getting a loan elsewhere.

Will my property (Residential or Commercial) have utilities already installed?

All residential lots will have all utilities installed. The customer is only responsible for the cost of opening an account and deposits (if any). Unfortunately, if a client purchases a commercial lot, the utilities will not come installed and it is up to the customer to achieve that process.

Can non-citizens buy property?

Foreign citizens can buy and own land in the United States. There are no laws that prohibit a foreign national from buying or owning property.

When is my first monthly Payment Due?

Your first payment will be due 30 days from your closing date.
